Topical gel.

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory.

Horses.

Each 100 g of product contains:
Diclofenac Sodium………………………………1 g
Excipients q.s. ………………………………100 g

Topflam® is indicated for the control of pain and inflammation associated with the musculoskeletal system.

Administer topically 7.3 g of gel or a band of 13 cm of gel, twice a day for 5 days, equivalent to 73 mg of Diclofenac Sodium in each application. Rub the joint to be treated with the product until it is completely absorbed.

Do not administer to horses whose meat is intended for human consumption.

• Exceeding the recommended dose or treating several joints at the same time in the same animal may increase Diclofenac plasma concentrations.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Do not administer in animals sensitive to the drug.
• Do not use in conjunction with NSAIDs.
• Do not administer during pregnancy or lactation.
• Do not administer in foals less than one year old.

The use of other drugs for topical application should be avoided since they may inhibit the absorption of Topflam® and cause irritation at the application site. Concomitant administration with other NSAIDs by systemic route has not been studied.

• Wear gloves when applying the product.
• Do not handle by people hypersensitive to Diclofenac Sodium.
• In case of contact with skin, eyes or mucous membranes, wash immediately with plenty of water.
• In case of irritation, go to a medical center and show the product label.
• In case of accidental ingestion go immediately to a medical center and show product label.

Store at room temperature below 25°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, use within 12 months. Discard unused product after this period of time.
For Peru: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature between 15 and 30 °C, protected from light.

Empty containers can be discarded as household waste, without any special precautions. Do not dispose of containers with product residues on the ground or in waterways. For expired or unused products, contact the manufacturing laboratory.
