Osteodrag HA® is a nutritional supplement for dogs with special nutritional requirements, providing advanced support for cushioning and joint mobility. Osteodrag HA® provides the right nutrients and in optimal quantities for the correct maintenance and repair of cartilage and joint connective tissue. Its use is to help in different osteoarticular processes that require protection and repair.
Glucosamine Sulfate, together with Chondroitin Sulfate, stimulates the synthesis of structural components, promotes repair mechanisms and maintains joint viscosity, generating greater strength, flexibility and protection of the joints. MSM, an organic compound that provides sulphur, allows for adequate enzymatic, immunological and connective tissue formation function. Collagen is a structural component of the extracellular matrix and articular cartilage. Hyaluronic acid, present in synovial fluid, has lubricating and viscoelastic properties. Vitamin C has antioxidant properties and stimulates the production of collagen; and manganese is an essential cofactor in the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans.

The most common side effects are nausea and vomiting. These effects are minimized when administered as an oral solution. Due to its poor interaction with calcium, doxycycline seems less likely to cause tooth coloration in puppies.

Concomitant administration with oral absorbents, iron preparations, antacids and gastrointestinal products containing aluminum, calcium, magnesium, zinc or bismuth cations reduces the bioavailability of doxycycline.
– The half-life of Doxycycline is reduced when co-administered with barbiturates or Phenytoin.
– Cross-resistance with other tetracyclines may exist.
– Doxycycline should not be used in conjunction with other antibiotics such as ꞵ-lactams. B25

– In case of accidental ingestion, go immediately to a medical center and show the product label.
