Solution for injection.

Single-dose fasciolicide.

Each 100 mL of solution for injection contains:
Nitroxinil…………………………………… 25 g
Excipients c.s.p………………………….. 100 mL

Indicated in the treatment and control of hepatic dystomatosis caused by Fasciola hepatica, in its juvenile and adult forms. It is also indicated in the treatment of infestations by gastrointestinal nematodes of the genus Haemonchus sp. and by nasal lines, Oestrus ovis (nose worm).

Cattle, sheep.

Subcutaneously.

• Cattle: 1 mL per 25 kg of body weight, in a single dose (equivalent to 10 mg/kg body weight).
• Sheep: 1 mL per 25 kg of body weight, in a single dose (equivalent to 10 mg/kg body weight). In case of Oestrosis (Oestrus ovis), it is recommended to administer 1 mL per 12.5 kg of body weight, in a single dose (equivalent to 20 mg/kg body weight).

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Care should be taken against accidental spillage of the product as it can dye wool or hair.
• Administer with caution in animals with renal impairment.
• In case of repeated administration, a period of not less than 4 weeks should be waited.
• It is recommended to divide the dose into two injection sites to avoid possible inflammatory reactions at the injection site.

The use of double the dose in pregnant bovine females did not cause alterations of any kind in the mother or in the progeny, so it can be used during this period. Nitroxyl crosses the milk barrier, so it is recommended not to use in lactating cows.

Mild inflammatory reactions may occur at the injection site, which can be avoided by dividing the dose into two application sites.

• After handling and applying the product, it is recommended to wash your hands.
• During application, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

• Meat: 60 days.
• Bovine Milk: Not authorized for use in cattle producing milk for human consumption, even during drying. Do not use during the last trimester of gestation in heifers intended for the production of milk for human consumption.
• Sheep Milk: Not authorized for use on animals producing milk for human consumption, including during drying. Do not use within 1 year before first farrowing in animals intended for the production of milk for human consumption.

Dispose of unused product residues in their original packaging. Do not dispose of empty containers or containers with product residues in rivers, lakes or streams. Dispose of waste of this product with caution along with household waste.

Keep in a cool, dry place at room temperature between 15 and 30°C. Once opened, use the product within 1 week. Discard the unused product after that period of time.
