Oral suspension.

Antiparasitic Nematicide.

Dogs (Puppies)

Each mL of oral suspension contains:
Pyrantel Pamoate…………………………..14.4 mg

(Equivalent to 5 mg of Pyrantel base)
Febantel………………………………………15 mg
Excipients q.s.c……………………………..1 mL

Internal antiparasitic for puppies effective against gastrointestinal nematodes of dogs such as: Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum and Trichuris vulpis.

Administer 1 mL for each kilo of weight in a single dose.

Oral.

• Do not use simultaneously with compounds containing Piperazine.
• Do not use in conjunction with drugs with anticholinergic properties, such as organophosphates, since they may produce potentiation in toxicity.
• Do not use in conjunction with Levamisole or with Nicotine type cholinergic agents.
• Do not administer in pregnant or lactating females.

There may be emesis in very small animals.

• Use with caution in very weakened animals.
• May cause emesis in very small animals.
• The safety of the drug has not been evaluated in puppies less than 2 weeks of age.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Pyrantel interacts with levamisole or cholinergic agents such as nicotine. When pyrantel is administered concomitantly with levamisole, the toxicity of levamisole may be increased. Pyrantel interacts with Piperazine. The paralysis and muscle relaxation caused by the anticholinergic action of piperazine may counteract the muscular contractile effect of pyrantel if they are administered concomitantly.

• Wash your hands after administering the product.
• In case of contact with the skin, it is recommended to wash your hands with soap and plenty of water. If irritation develops and persists, consult a doctor.
• In case of contact with the eyes, it is recommended to wash with plenty of water for 15 minutes.

Dispose of unused product residues in their original packaging. Do not dispose of the empty container or with product residues in rivers, lakes or natural water streams. Dispose of waste of this product with caution along with household waste.

Store at room temperature below 30°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, use within 8 weeks. Discard the unused product after that period of time.
