KET-10® Cattle and Pigs

Solution for injection.

Non-steroidal analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory.

Each mL of solution for injection contains:
Ketoprofen………………………………… 100 mg
Excipients c.s.p…………………………… 1 mL

In cattle, it is indicated as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic treatment, particularly in: respiratory conditions, acute bacterial mastitis, hyperthermia of the calf and in musculoskeletal conditions such as lameness, arthritis, trauma.
In pigs, it is indicated in the relief of pain, fever and inflammation in respiratory processes and in the syndrome of metritis, mastitis, agalactia, in conjunction with antibiotics.

Cattle and pigs.

Cattle:

• Route of administration: Intramuscular and intravenous
• Dosage: 3 mg Ketoprofen/kg body weight, equivalent to 3 mL product/100 kg body weight.

Pigs:

• Route of administration: Intramuscular
• Dosage: 3 mg Ketoprofen/kg body weight, equivalent to 3 mL product/100 kg body weight.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Meat: 4 days.
Milk: 0 days.

• Do not administer in pregnant females.
• Do not use in cases of severe renal failure.
• Do not use concomitantly with diuretics or anticoagulants.
• Do not use in animals with heart disease, liver disease, gastrointestinal ulcers or dyscrasias
  Blood.
• Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to the active substance.

Concomitant use with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may increase side effects.

Store at a temperature between 2 and 30 °C, away from light. Once opened, use the product within 3 months. Discard the leftover product after that period of time.
