Anti-diarrheal suspension.

Each 100 mL of oral suspension contains:
Phthalylsulfatiazole…………………………………………… 10 g
Sulfaguanidine…………………………………………… 10 g
Colloidal Kaolin…………………………………………… 20 g
Citrus Pectin……………………………………………..1 g
Excipients c.s.p…………………………………..100 mL

Dogs and cats.

It is recommended for use in intestinal infections caused by non-absorbable sulfonamide-sensitive organisms. Indicated for the treatment of enteric infections caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms. Therapeutic use in acute or chronic diarrheal conditions of dogs and cats, as it has mucous membrane-protective chemotherapy agents, which prevent injury to the intestinal epithelium caused by irritating substances. Due to the presence of intestinal adsorbents, it also prevents the absorption of toxins, gases or other toxic substances of organic or inorganic origin, which can complicate diarrhea.

Oral.

Phthalylsulfatiazole 100 mg/kg; Sulfaguanidine 100 mg/kg; Colloidal Kaolin 200 mg/Kg, Citrus Pectin 10 mg/Kg, every 12 hours for 4 days.

10 mL per 10 kilos of weight, every 12 hours for 4 days.

• Do not use simultaneously or in combination with other chemotherapy agents, or other substances with similar action.
• Do not administer in animals that are resistant to treatment with sulfonamides.
• It should not be administered in animals with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product.

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Administer with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment.
• Use with caution in advanced pregnancy.

Dispose of unused product residues in their original packaging. Do not dispose of the empty container or with product residues in rivers, lakes or natural water streams. Dispose of waste of this product with caution along with household waste.

Store at a temperature between 15 and 30°C, away from light. Once opened, use the product within 7 days. Discard the unused product after that period of time.
