Injectable solution.

Injectable solution of Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium and Dextrose with Vitamin B12.

Bovines.

Each 100 mL of injectable solution contains:
Calcium Gluconate Monohydrate……………….25.0 g
Hypophosphite Sodium Monohydrate……………..0.12 g
Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate……………….6.0 g
Sodium Glycerophosphate x 5.5 H2O……………..1.0 g
Dextrose…………………………………………. …………..5.0g
B12 vitamin………………………………………… ……3.5mg
Excipients q.s………………………………………….100 mL

It is recommended in down cow syndrome of metabolic origin: deficiencies of Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Dextrose and Vitamin B12. It is also indicated in lactation tetany and in deficiency states or insufficiencies in the supply of minerals.

Administer between 500 to 1,000 mL of Calfoma® Plus per animal.

Warm the container before administering the product. Inject aseptically. It should be administered slowly intravenously, observing the animal’s reaction to any symptoms of tachycardia or arrhythmia.

• Do not administer to dehydrated animals without prior hydration therapy.
• Do not administer to hyperexcited animals due to risk of cardiac arrest.

• Do not administer by rapid intravenous route, due to the potential danger of ventricular systole.
• It is recommended to administer it in combination with a cardiac tonic.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature between 15 and 30 ºC.
