Lincomycin, an antibiotic that belongs to the lincosamine family, has a broad spectrum of action, mainly against Gram-positive bacteria and mycoplasmas.\nOn the other hand, it has the pharmacokinetic characteristic of enormous diffusibility to all organs and tissues where, whatever the route of administration, it reaches concentrations higher than blood concentrations.\nOn the other hand, spectinomycin, an aminocyclitholic antibiotic, has a slightly larger spectrum of action compared to lincomycin, since it acts on some Gram-positives, most Gram-negatives and mycoplasmas.
