Dosage adjustments may be required.<\/li>\n \t<li>Mitotane can alter steroid metabolism; Higher than usual doses may be needed to treat mitotane-induced adrenal insufficiency.<\/li>\n \t<li>Patients treated with corticosteroids at immunosuppressive doses should not receive live attenuated live virus vaccines because viral replication may be enhanced.
